Hello and welcome.      

I am a professionally qualified and accredited counsellor, experienced in working with a wide range of emotional issues and psychological concerns.  I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive counselling and psychotherapy practice in Beckenham, which facilitates the development of self awareness, supports the exploration of possible solutions to problems and helps challenge negative patterns of thinking and behaviour.  I work with an integrative approach and am influenced by psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred values, and solution focussed brief therapy (SFBT).   I work with individual adults, young people, children and couples.

I have been accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and I adhere to their code of ethics, which ensures that I offer my clients a high standard of professional care at all times.  I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Beckenham, Kent which is within reach of West Wickham, Hayes, Shortlands, Bromley, Addiscombe, Croydon and Crystal Palace.

I am located close to two mainline rail stations, Kent House and Clock House.  Trains travel into London Victoria, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. The local tramline is Beckenham Road and the local bus routes are 194, 227, 354 and 358.  Parking is also available in the surrounding area.
